These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reps, a gym management platform operated by Reps (“Reps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Reps provides software for gyms and fitness businesses to manage members, subscriptions, check-ins, door access, and payments across one or more branches. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for the actions of staff users you invite to your workspace.
3. Your data and members
You retain ownership of the data you put into Reps, including member records. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process that data, including any required consent from your members. We process this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to break any law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer or resell the service except where the law allows it.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit access until the balance is settled. We will give reasonable notice before changing prices.
6. Third-party services
Reps integrates with third-party providers — including authentication, payment, and smart-lock (door access) services. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the provider’s own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
7. Availability
We work to keep Reps available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using Reps and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by email. Continuing to use Reps after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
